No reservations are accepted. Scratch operates on a walk-in only basis. Doors open Wednesday to Sunday from 9am, with last call at 3:30pm and kitchen close at 3pm. We recommend arriving early on busy days.

Pre-orders are handled through our Cococart page at scratch.cococart.co. You can browse available items, place your order, and select a pickup slot. Pickup is at 106 Aguirre, Legazpi Village, Makati.

Yes. Scratch offers bespoke catering through @scratch.catering. For catering inquiries, please email scratchthebakery@gmail.com with the subject line "Catering Inquiry" and include your event date, expected number of guests, and a brief description of what you have in mind. We will respond within 24–48 hours.

Scratch is open for dine-in Wednesday to Sunday, 9am to 4pm. The kitchen stops taking orders at 3pm, and last call is at 3:30pm. The bakery is closed Monday and Tuesday. Hours may change around public holidays — check @goodsfromscratch on Instagram for the latest updates.

Scratch is at 106 Aguirre, Legazpi Village, Makati 1229. The new space opened in late April 2026 and is larger than the previous location, with room for the expanded brunch service and in-house cheese and yoghurt production.

Currently, all orders — whether pre-ordered through Cococart or purchased in person — require pickup at 106 Aguirre, Legazpi Village. We do not currently offer home delivery. Follow @goodsfromscratch for any updates on delivery availability.

We recommend placing your order at least one to two days before your preferred pickup date. Popular items such as the Brown Butter Oat Porridge Sourdough and Mikaela's Cookies tend to sell out quickly. The Cococart page will show current availability and open pickup slots.
