What We Make

Sourdough Breads

All loaves are made using a long-fermentation sourdough process. Available for pre-order and limited walk-in purchase. Every loaf is baked to order in small batches.

Signature Sourdough

The original Scratch loaf. A classic open-crumb sourdough with a crisp, caramelized crust and a mildly tangy interior. Have it as is, or use it as the base for any meal.

Seeded Sourdough

The signature sourdough formula finished with a generous coating of mixed seeds — adding nuttiness, texture, and an earthy crust that toasts beautifully.

Brown Butter Oat Porridge Sourdough

A seasonal standout. Brown butter and oat porridge are folded into the dough before baking, creating an unusually tender, rich crumb with a deep, nutty sweetness.

Baked Goods

Scratch's baked goods range follows the same small-batch philosophy as the bread — made with care, in limited quantities, from real ingredients. Availability changes week to week.

Focaccia

A dimpled, olive oil-rich slab with a chewy interior and a golden, slightly crisp surface. Served plain or topped with seasonal ingredients. A brunch staple at Scratch.

Pretzel

Hand-rolled sourdough pretzel with a deep mahogany crust from the lye bath. Dense and chewy at the center, slightly crunchy at the edges — finished with coarse salt.

Banana Loaf

A deeply flavored banana loaf made with over-ripe bananas and a restrained approach to sweetness. Moist, dense, and best served slightly warm at the counter.

Mikaela's Cookies

A cult item at Scratch. Thick, underbaked at the center, and generously portioned — Mikaela's Cookies have earned a loyal following among regulars and first-timers alike.

Pantry

House-made accompaniments to take home with your bread. Small-batch, made in-house, and designed to be used every day.

Green Goddess Butter

A compound butter blended with fresh herbs and aromatics. Vibrant in color and rich in flavor — spread on warm sourdough straight from the loaf bag.

Honey Brown Butter

Brown butter folded with wildflower honey for a caramelized sweetness that pairs with both the seeded and plain sourdough loaves. A pantry essential.

Brunch Service

Weekend brunch is served Wednesday through Sunday, 9am to 4pm (kitchen closes at 3pm). Walk-ins only — no reservations. The brunch menu rotates with the season and availability.

Seasonal Brunch Plates

The dine-in brunch menu changes regularly based on what the kitchen is producing that week. Scratch-made breads are always at the center of every plate.

House-Made Cheese & Yoghurt

At the Legazpi Village location, the team now produces house-made cheese and yoghurt in-house — a newer offering that features in the brunch menu and can be ordered alongside bread.

Scratch Cards

Gift cards for breads and baked goods — a considered gift for anyone who appreciates good food made from scratch. Available for pickup and pre-order.

Scratch OG Tee

The original Scratch graphic tee — featuring the hand-drawn bread logo. A wearable piece of the bakery's visual identity and a supporter of the Scratch community.
